One-on-one training means that you get my undivided attention. I will sit down with you and we will make a plan for both your short and long term goals taking into account your specific goals, timeframe, body shape, exercise preferences, current condition, health requirements and lifestyle.
Bootcamp challenges every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set; you're bound to feel the burn and intensity. By constantly moving for an hour, your body has no time to rest, therefore your burning hundreds of calories, even when you stop.
Group sizes vary from two to a maximum of five people, and they consist of people who want the same results from their training be it weigh loss, muscle gain, etc. Statistics show that training with a small group of people who share the same objectives yields better results than training alone.

The best thing about these offerings is that you will be in a private
studio free from the prying eyes of others. It is also ideal for me,
the trainer, as I can plan and execute training sessions without disturbance.
