What is Group Personal Training?

Group sizes vary from two to a maximum of five people, and they consist of people who want the same results from their training be it weigh loss, muscle gain, improved cardio fitness etc. At the beginning I will meet you personally and we will make a plan for both your short and long term goals taking into account your specific goals, timeframe, body shape, exercise preferences, current condition, health requirements and lifestyle. We will then find a group that works best for you, and I will arrange to introduce you to your new team. We will then meet both individually and/or as a group once per month to assess progress, and deal with any issues that arose during the month.

Group training is a great way to succeed in your goals. Statistics show that training with a small group of people who share the same objectives yields better results than training alone. This is because a team like support network is created and members want to do better for both the team and themselves. Groups exercise together and also get nutrition and lifestyle improvement tips.
